End User License Agreement
1. INFYWAYS GPL LICENSING
1.1 All Joomla Extensions developed by Infyways Solutions are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 ("GPLv2"). Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the PHP code portions of the Infyways Joomla Extensions are distributed under the GPL license.
1.2 Unless otherwise stated, all images, manuals, cascading style sheets, and included JavaScript in the Infyways Extensions are NOT GPL and are subject to the Infyways Proprietary Use License v1.0 ("Proprietary License"), as specified below. Licensee may not redistribute or repackage elements of the extensions released under this proprietary license without prior consent from Infyways Solutions Private Limited.
2. INFYWAYS PROPRIETARY USE LICENSE (v1.0)
2.1 The Infyways Proprietary Use License covers any images, cascading style sheets, manuals, and JavaScript files contained within the Infyways Extensions. These files are copyrighted by Infyways.com (Infyways Solutions) and may not be redistributed in any form without the prior written consent from Infyways Solutions Pvt Ltd.
3. USAGE TERMS
3.1 Licensee is permitted to use the Infyways Extensions on multiple domains. However, support will be provided based on the subscription plan purchased by Licensee, starting from the date of purchase. Licensee acknowledges that support services, such as submitting support tickets or participating in the forum, may require an active license.
3.2 Licensee is allowed to make changes to the PHP code of the Infyways Extensions. However, Licensee acknowledges that modified code will not be supported by Licensor. Any additional support required for modifications to the extension may be subject to additional charges and will be provided only after prior discussion with Licensor.
4. MODIFICATION OF EXTENSIONS PRODUCED BY INFYWAYS
4.1 Licensee is authorized to make modifications to the PHP code of the Infyways Extensions. However, if any modifications to the PHP code result in a loss of functionality, support may not be available from Licensor.
4.2 Licensee acknowledges and agrees that, in accordance with the Infyways Proprietary Use License v1.0, no proprietary files, whether modified or otherwise, shall be released under the GPL license. Licensee is prohibited from removing copyright information from any file, as mandated by this license and the GPLv2.
5. UPDATES AND UPGRADES
5.1 Licensor provides updates to Licensee if their license remains valid and the subscription is active.
6. DOWNLOADS
6.1 Licensee may download the Infyways Extensions unlimited times within the subscription period, starting from the date of purchase. Licensee has the option to renew the license to continue accessing downloads, updates, and support after the subscription period expires.
7. REFUNDS
7.1 Due to the restrictions imposed by the GPL license, all sales of Infyways Extensions
